The Boardwalk @ Bricktown

The Boardwalk @ Bricktown is a $1.5B± mixed-use development project that will forever change the landscape of downtown Oklahoma City, and create thousands of temporary and permanent jobs in the process!

Spearheaded by Scot Matteson of Matteson Capital, development plans include a total of 5 million± square feet, bringing an incredible mix of new restaurants, hotels, entertainment concepts, retail shops, condos, apartments, water features with walking trails, multi-level parking, the 1,907 foot tall Legends Tower, and more to downtown OKC.

Phase 1 of this development is expected to break ground in 2025, and will include:

    • Each tower will be 23 floors

    • 576 market rate apartments and 140 work force apartments

    • 22 floors

The developers anticipate that Phase 1 of the project’s construction will take around 24 months from start to completion.
